Telnd v1.60 is a Windows DLL providing a simple Telnet interface. It
will enable the user's application to act as Telnet server and thus to be
remotely controlled via network. Unlike many Winsock based API's, Telnd
can be used without any experience in either Internet protocols or
Windows Sockets programming.
Special requirements: Winsock DLL installed
