We've taken our own real estate investment experience and combined it with knowledge contributed by many top-notch professionals in the industry to bring you a program that we think you will find indespensible as a real estate investor yourself.
REI Partner? consists of several components: Cash Flow Analysis, Document / Photo / URL Importing, Tasks / Notes, and Contacts.
There are two license types available for REI Partner?; a Standard Edition license and a Professional Edition license. The ONLY difference between the two is that the Standard Edition license allows you to track up to 10 different properties simultaeneously, while the Professional Edition license allows up to 100. Note the use of the word simultaneous. In other words, if you are no longer interested in tracking a particular property, you can just delete it, thereby freeing up space for one more property.
